    Step 1: Bridge to PMP — your prep before class

    Welcome! This is the first step of your PMP workshop — your pre-read to complete before the live classes begin.

    Think of it as laying your foundation. Before we meet, you'll get comfortable with the basics and settle into how I teach, so you walk into class ready to dive straight into the real work — instead of spending our valuable class time on the groundwork.

    In this course you'll:

    Build your base — get familiar with the core PMP ideas in plain, easy words, so nothing feels new or scary on day one.
    Learn how we'll work together — see how the lessons, practice, and the 21-day plan fit together.
    Arrive ready — come to class with a head start, so every minute we spend together goes further.
    Please finish this course before your first class.
    It's short and simple — and completing it is what lets us make the most of our time together and keeps the whole group moving at the same pace.
